QR labels for furniture parts and 3D assembly guides

The QR code on each label opens that part's page, and every cabinet gets a 3D assembly guide. For cutting, edging, assembly and fitting; no app, no login.

Workshop and assembly

Scan the label — the part, its holes and the assembly on a phone

Every order gets a workshop link, and the QR code on each label opens its own part. No app and no login: a phone camera or a scanner is enough. The assembly guide is built from the design itself, automatically for every order — nobody draws it by hand.

A scanned part on a phone: its number, L×W×T size, edged sides and where it sits in 3D
The part: size, edging, holes
An assembly step on a phone: a door hung on its hinges, with the screws and tools needed
Assembly: step by step, with hardware
Order progress: percentages for cutting, edging, drilling, packing and the latest marks
Progress: how many parts at each station
  • Part page: size, material, edging, drilling drawing (from a base or chained), drawing
  • 3D: open the doors, hide fronts, explode, measure, wood grain
  • Assembly: first the parts and hardware list, then screws, hinges, runners and legs go into place in 3D
  • Steps read aloud, picks up where you stopped, A4 guide, opens without internet too
  • Installation on site: rail, levelling the legs, joining units, countertop, plinth
  • Stations: cutting, edging, drilling, packing, loading, installing — who and when
  • "Report a problem" with a photo — straight to your Telegram

1What the QR code on a label opens

A worker scans a part's label with the phone camera or a scanner, and the part's page opens in the browser: its number and name, L×W×T size, material, which sides get which edge banding, and its holes. The part is highlighted in orange in the 3D view of the whole order, so it's clear where it goes.

The drilling view draws the part to scale, with holes measured from a base corner or chained; the side and the corner are yours to choose. The part drawing opens as a PDF.

2QR codes on BAZIS labels

A shop working in BAZIS keeps printing labels from BAZIS-Label, now with a QR code. Checked in BAZIS 2026.

  1. In BAZIS-Label, add a barcode of type “QRCode” to the label
  2. Paste the formula QAQM gives you as its code: your firm's address + order number + position + part size
  3. Send the order's .b3d to @qaqm_service_bot with the order number as the caption
  4. Print the labels: each QR opens its own part

3A 3D guide for the assembler

Nobody draws the assembly guide: QAQM builds it for every order from the model itself, from where the parts sit and how they join. The assembler picks a cabinet and first sees the overview: parts by number, how many screws, hinges, runners and legs, which tools, roughly how long and whether it takes one or two people.

Then each step slides the new part into place in 3D, screws go in one by one, and a magnified circle shows the joint in section. Steps can be read aloud, resumed where you stopped and printed on A4. Fitting in the room comes last: marking, levelling the base units, the worktop, hanging the wall units on the rail, the plinth and adjusting the fronts.

4Job tracking in the shop

Each worker picks a station once on the phone: cutting, edging, drilling, packing, loading or fitting. Every part they scan from then on is marked done for that job, with who and when. The manager sees each order's progress by station, learns about a missing part before the truck leaves, and sees which cabinets have every part ready to assemble. If the internet drops, marks wait on the phone.

5Problems and the client

A worker reports a problem with a part, with a photo, and it reaches the manager on Telegram with a link to the part. The client gets a separate link with the furniture and its parts, without holes, edging or drawings. The page speaks Uzbek (Latin and Cyrillic), Russian, English, Kazakh, Kyrgyz and Tajik, and a link opened once also opens offline.

?Questions

Do workers need to install an app?

No. The QR is read with the phone camera and the page opens in the browser, with no login. USB and Bluetooth scanners work too.

How do I put a QR code on a BAZIS label?

In BAZIS-Label, add a barcode of type “QRCode” and paste the formula from QAQM's shop-link window as its code. Then send the .b3d with the order number to @qaqm_service_bot.

Can I print labels before uploading the model?

Yes. A label starts working once the model is uploaded. If the order is changed and sent again, the old labels open the new version.

What if the shop has no internet?

A link opened once is kept on the phone and opens offline. Scans are sent when the connection is back.

Who draws the assembly guide?

Nobody: QAQM builds it automatically for every order from the model's parts and joints, for BAZIS files too.

Does the client see the holes and drawings?

No. The client's link has only the furniture and the parts' names and sizes; the server never sends holes, edging or drawings to it.
